Bikini Challenge (Day 6)

So Sunday was a little better in the morning I made myself an Omelet with egg, onion, bell pepper and cheese. For lunch I had subway the veggie sandwich and then for dinner I had a protein shake. And yet again I did not exercise. Tomorrow I will get back on it. Its usually around this time when I quit diets so I have to make sure that I don't do that again.
