Skinny Bitch


So my jaw dropped recently when i found out that I had put on an additional 2 lbs from my last blog. I am so disgusted with myself even KNOWING what i was putting into my body and did it anyway so as a result I abused and then i lose so this time Im gonna do it right before i go back to my original weight. ahhhh the dreaded lemonade diet again yes folks again, so if you reading this then you already know im a bit nutso about weightloss stratagies....BUT you love it! ha ha jk


so a lot of people have bought this book skinny bitch including some celebs such as posh shown in this pic, this book is amazing it gives you a blunt explanation of what we really are putting into our bodies im half way through and i bought it today, not to mention it really took my mind off of eating! because i was so into it and then i bought another book that i will read after im done with this one, its called why french women dont get fat, heard some good things about it but ill let you know when im done ;)

My New Weightloss journey

Soooo, I decided to give myself a break, I think me getting sick is from all that dieting, not to mention I have done some hard work to get where i am so now I have decided to maintain it I went up from 112 to 114

BUT I think thats pretty damn good if you say so myself, i have been eating what I want and im glad to say i hit a platoe which means that i can eat what i want and maintain 114 and I havent even been excersizing! So in about a month Im gonna do another diet to get down another 2 or 3 lbs and maintain that for a while as well.

I think im doing good this way because its not driving me NUTs that I cant get my weight down right away but if i manage it like this my self esteem and motivation will continue to keep on truckin! ha ha

So there I said it ..taking diet breaks in between is totally working for me, but hey it might not work for you...keep trying new things and see whats good for you, thats what i did and now i finally found what works, I pretty much have gone through so many fad diets that now I am able to filter out the ones that work for me!:) so happy!

Cookie Diet day ...uh..lost count

So I'm still on the cookie diet but its now become a part of my regular diet that ive lost count! BUT I weighed myself this morning and it "says" that im 112 lets just hope its right... these scales have got me all out of whack!

Anyhoo since i have been kinda sick and when i mean kinda...you know when your on the verge of getting sick and your all omg tomorrow is gonna be SHIT! well its been like that for the past week i have never fully gotten sick, and its also been hard to breathe so i have been doing indoor workouts

What my recent workouts consisted of is dancing straight for 30min take a 10 min water break dance for another 30min take another 10 min waterbreak and then do some lower belly crunches (gets rid of the "pooch")

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POOCH RIDDING BELLY CRUNCHES: lay on your back flat hold on to the legs of a chair or couch and stick your legs in the air and while they are in the air push them up towards the sky (your butt should be off the floor at this point)

here is a little vid to help you get the idea BUT REMEMBER you dont need a gym machine to do this at home, this is just to show you the position and idea

Cookie Diet Day 4

So im doing pretty good better then i thought i would do and whats more awesome is that i lost 2lbs!! so im doing pretty good, now i think i have been having motivation from this girls youtube channel but im pretty sure if she saw me she would think i was crazy for wanting to lose weight but her channel is sushicatny i have been love love loving her vids cause they are motivating! Well just wanted to update you a bit on whats going down :)

The Hollywood Cookie diet


So today is my first day on the cookie diet, so far so good im not really hungry so i guess thats a good sign, I would be lying if I said I wasnt excited about dinner though. ha ha! So day 1 almost done, Im going to start exercising tomorrow to double my weight loss. The amount of time you are supposed to do it for is for as long as it takes you to get to your goal weight which is really reassuring. My mom is doing it too so cant wait to see that, shes gonna look and feel good, inside and out! so yea...

My Birthday Las Vegas





So I went to Vegas for my birthday, unfortunately we only went for a day so I felt like i didn't get my FULL experience, but needless to say I had a lot of fun. I will be going back again soon though ;) but while i was in Vegas i totally let loose and I ate so much and every time i had a meal I cleared the whole plate!

I felt so disgusting when i came back and so now im at 116 i don't know how i did it but i managed to put most of it on regardless of all the exscersize that i did. I felt like all that running i did was pointless, even though it wasnt i just feel like it is. So now i have to get back on track before i gain another two pounds. Today im fasting well smoothie fasting anyways, just drinking shakes and thats it like meal replacements and stuff

I will track my weigh in everyweek my goal is to lose 2lbs a week
